Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We hold appointments just for you. Therefore we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to allow sufficient time to offer the appointment time to another guest. We understand that unavoidable issues come up, and we will do our very best to accommodate in case of an emergency, etc.


A 50% non refundable credit card Retainer will be required prior to future bookings following multiple late notice cancellations.


In the event a No Show does occur a fee of 100%  retainer of the missed appointment will be due.

Return / Refund Policy

On Services Rendered

There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue all attempts will be made by your stylist to rectify the situation. Any issues must be addressed within 1 week of your original appointment.


A Change of mind about a color request does not constitute an issue, and adjustments will be treated as a new service. Please note, blonding often takes multiple sessions to achieve the desired goal while maintaining the health of your hair.


On Retail Purchases

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you’re not satisfied with  your recommended at home haircare, please return it within 60 days in like new condition for an exchange of equal value.



We will advise you on best practices at home to maintain your hair color. Improper care or using products not recommended by your stylist can result in rapid color fading and we cannot guarantee the results.

Covid Safety


We’re genuinely excited to get back to seeing all of you in  the salon! We’ve made some adjustments to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time of transition:

If you haven’t had your hair done since quarantine, please allow time for an overhaul when scheduling your service. Dude, we were ALL a mess, so it may take a little extra time to get you back to feeling like yourself!

We’ve adjusted the distance between our stations, and our hours of operation; resulting in fewer people in the salon at once for long periods of time.

We often work as a team to achieve your hair goals during your visit. If you prefer to limit contact to one service provider during your appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please come alone to your appointment. One parent/guardian may accompany a young child receiving a service.

We will be taking temperatures and asking you about travel and sickness upon your arrival. Please cancel your appointment if you’re feeling ill, even if you’re convinced it’s just a cold.

If you’re receiving color, you’ll be offered a freshly laundered robe to change into.

We are following whatever PPE recommendations are provided by the  state. Currently all staff and guests are required to wear a face covering indoors.

Your retail purchases are sanitized before they’re bagged for you. As well as your shampoo chair and stylist’s station.

Your stylist will still offer you a comforting or refreshing beverage or a snack. Allow us to assist you.

Hand sanitizer will be available on every workstation as well as at the front desk.
